(Almost) Wordless Wednesday








Washington's state flower is the rhododendron.  From April to June around here, it's easy to tell why.  Of course, it's this lighter pink, wild variety that's the state flower, but all types and colors thrive here, and make our spring so beautiful!



I regret that I missed catching our white ones, and this giant one actually was the first to bloom in late April.  It's nice that the different colors open at different times, so that we get the long season of blooms.
