Carrot-Cake Cheesecake!
Our favorite carrot cake recipe with a classic cheesecake recipe poured gently over the top before baking. The carrot cake recipe was meant for a 9" x 13" pan, but she used a 10" x 14" for this double delight. She baked it on Bake at 325 degrees for an hour. A big hit for her dad's birthday.
Last night it was served with candles and on plates. These are the leftovers, kept in the fridge for snacks.

ReplyDeleteShe makes awesome cheesecakes of her own invention, and this is a great creation, too!! Unlike, perhaps, the upside-down-shepherd's-pie she's making for dinner...But I should give it a chance, and I'm sure it'll be tasty anyway. ;-) I"m just glad to have the evening off.
