I say we are 'terminal DIYers,' and we try it all: Home/Kitchen Design & Building, Cooking, Baking, Sewing, Gardening, Woodworking, Homeschooling... But the seasons are changing, and in this one I plan to rediscover the artist in myself. I'm stepping out with some ideas and seeing where they take me...and us...at Our Home for Ten (RHome410)!
Sometimes things have to take priority over "pretty." This time it's trying to keep young Mr. Henry from visiting the upstairs, leaving little surprise wet spots or piles on the carpet.
Hubby came up with this easy-to use, hopefully temprorary, barrier. Its accordion folds allow us to push back only a portion in order to get up or down the stairs, then insert the end right back behind the encyclopedias... that I recently dug out of storage to put in our new library. (Books back on the floor!)
