A Gold Strike!

The value of gold has reached record heights... But probably not for this kind.  Prince CuddleBunny and I went mining today... in the garden... and dug up a couple hundred ounces of Yukon Gold.  :-D

Beautiful potatoes! Beautiful "farmer".

Just caught up. You've had an exciting Summer!! Congrats on getting through the busyness so well, with such beautiful results. Your story about the hike, for all the aches and pains, made me want to go do it. :)

I'm determined to grow potatoes next year. We're just now getting a few ripe tomatoes from the Sungolds and similar. Not much if a growing year for us this year, is it? Though you couldn't tell that by the look on your helper's face.

Whatcha gonna do with all them spuds? I've got a great Spanish omelet recipe for taters.
